    aw Hoth, I'm so sorry to hear you were so shy but it's ok to be. I don't know if animals are socially anxious but they can be untrusting and afraid which is relevant as some people can be untrustworthy

    Thanks for your opinions. You say diet makes it much more tolerable but what I was talking about is "diet for the 'developing' brain". but even then, if you have strong genetics for shyness then I think you will still be a little shy or something.

    Hey, who wants to be on a diet and lifestyle challenge w/ me! Medication has caused me to gain a lot of weight and my lifestyle is not good. I wake up late and eat late. I want to change that.

    How are you feeling?

    I find that sometimes I will get anxious and it seems like it's just me! I will think something that makes me anxious when I shouldn't be anxious about it :( it's sad. I think it's because I got off one of my medications too early so I increased the dosage and felt better.
