Sometimes when I walk, around the 2.5 mile mark, I get this biting pain in my inner knees. I wear Dr. Scholl's insoles and New Balance running shoes, but I still get it. Maybe it's just the cost of being overweight all of those years.

I feel good, kinda. I lost 75 pounds this year and I worked-out for the first time in AGES Tuesday night. I'm sore as heck but it's nice to be healthy again. Getting looks from girls half my age helps, too. :LOL:
