My mother had a door put in the kitchen last year that goes outside, but she's waiting until next year to build a deck. In the meantime, she wanted a set of cinderblock steps made that went about 4 feet down to the ground. So my brother and I made a set last year, but she's having more work done...

BEAT. I worked outside all day, got some good sun, and now I'm so sleepy there's no room for anxiety. Tiredness earned is sweet.

Sad. There seems to be no realistic way out. Even if I go back to a therapist, the chances of me having a decent life at this point are virtually non-existent. I can't believe what a mess it is, I cant wrap my head around the senseless nature of it.
