I've read somewhere (possibly on this site) that taking astragalus can be a good natural treatment for HH and I've been taking it for three weeks but not noticed any difference. Has anyone here tried it? If so, how long before it starts to work?

I've often thought that my HH must have been brought on by a secondary cause but I'm not sure what these causes are - does anyone know? And how do you get tested for them?

I'm looking into buying an into machine but wondered if it could be used for groin sweat too - maybe by using the under-arm pads that you get with it? Anyone here tried it?

I've heard that using driclor or something similar can be dangerous if used near your mouth as it can damage the mucuous membrane. Has anyone else experienced this as around the mouth is where I need to apply it but don't want to cause any damage.

Well, while everyone else in the UK is moaning about how crap this summer has been so far, I personally am loving it - so nice to be able to go out without sweat pouring down my face and my shirt sticking to me - who else is enjoying it?

OK, so I'm using the internet access at the gym having just done a half an hour workout. As always, the sweat is STILL pouring down my forehead even though I finished my workout an hour ago and had a jacuzzi and a shower since then. And I was just wondering how much exercise you guys get...
