hi there, how is it going? where r u from & for how long u had HH if u dont mind me askin? i need to share my struggles with other people who have it as i feel so isolated. people i know can't even empathise as they don't know about the condition & think it will just stop in due time. after 15 yrs of barely just coping, my family have finally realised how much it impacts me & that i need help. my mental health is not going great at the mo. i hope to find some friends via this site... no worries if u dont wanna reply though, im used to rejection! nic x
