Probably all my lfe if Im honest, but impossible to avoid noticing it in lst 5 years. But Im getting better, I think. Just tired of feeling like a different species to people around me

Bit confused. Have had a testing week, again. June has seen me take more time off work than Ive ever had in my life. Cant hide the fact that Im struggling at the moment... Hows yerself?
