Has anyone tried hypnosis to help their social phobia? I was thinking about giving it a shot, but was curious if anyone else has had any success with it?

I've had social phobia for as long as i can remember, since childhood (as most of you have). But there is hope. After all these years I have greatly improved. It is still a daily struggle. I'm studying to be a psychologist myself some day so I'm going to try my best to overcome my fears...
