Meditation. I never did that before but I really want too. Eventually, I'll find a class so I can learn the proper techniques. My mind races a lot, so I'll definitely need some help.

That's nice you're doing volunteer work! I'm doing better. I'm eating healthier and exercising. I met with a Psychiatrist (very nice) and she is going to try to get me into therapy. I'm trying to be more proactive and tackle my issues head on.

Anything done in good taste! I'm pretty eclectic when it comes to music. I like alternative, R&B, 80s, 90s,.........even some country(not too many though). Oh yeah, I love sappy love songs! I even wrote a thread on it. Check it out.

I also tend to over analyze my responses at times........Comedies...I like anything funny and done well, even if it's stupid. I don't watch a lot of TV but I use to like the Office. The first season or two, then it got really dumb. Seinfield, Friends, Big Bang Theory.....
