Hi Nic, Yes you can add me. It's real downer isn't it? Really difficult to get out and meet people sometimes.

What is the nature of your HH if you don't mind me asking? For me it's predominantly my hands, but my feet too. My hands drip all over the place most days and obviously it makes contact a difficult thing because of peoples thoughtless reactions.

Please don't worry about being on a downer - This is exactly what the forum is for I think - I joined to contact others with the same problem as me as we've all had the same sort of experiences in general.

What coping strategies to you have at the moment?

I check this site several times a week, but will check daily if you want to keep in touch. I don't know anyone else with HH so you're the first!

i was a member on here almost ten yrs ago, tried to reactivate my account but it wouldnt let me so im back on to try and make friends again and use this to my advantage as im really strugglin to cope and very depressed everyday. not really enjoyin life. if u think ill be too much of a downer dont feel like u have 2 reply! nic x
