Eating healthy, giving up smoking, and doing more exercises.....whoa, slow down Froggy. You don't want to be too strict with yourself. If you want to have a bowl of haagen dazs, especially after a busy day at work, then I think you deserve it. And if you still feel like exercising, you could always get one of those electronic exerciser toner kits and let that do all the work for you. As for the meditation, I reckon you could still achieve tranquility and enlightenment by saying "om" a few times a day. As for the smoking, you're right, it isn't good for you, but instead, you could always chew a few of those nicotine gums. I know what you are thinking, I should have become a life coach. That aside, I am really happy for you, and those positive changes sound like a great idea. :thumbup:
