What I noticed when i started drumming was an interest in more jazzy, groovy, funky stuff.

btw, if you want I could give you a pdf of the book Stick Control. Maybe its too soon for you to start caring about that (even me maybe!), but its good. LOTS of rudiments and combinations (50 pages).

I've been learning for a year and 2 months, I think. But its all self taught, so I suck a bit.
I herd you like Muse I learned to play Sunburn, Hysteria too, but I didn't finish it.
I'd love to have a teacher, can't afford nor have the time >.> what kind of exercices do you do? rudiments and such?
