Meet other HH sufferers in UK: penpals/meetups

Looking to meet friends in the UK, ideally in Wales where I live. I am 25 F South Wales have had HH accompanied with depression, social phobia & anxiety for over 10 years now. Meet up or pen pals.

Hey! I'm a 21yo male from Portsmouth. I suffer from generalised HH. I also suffer from generalised anxiety disorder, depression, and social anxiety.

Hey guys, 25 from London. Palmoplantar HH with the palmar affecting my day to day life quite a lot and making me feel quite miserable at times. Also started getting some compensatory axillary/groin after doing ionto treatments for the hands. Would love to have some sort of a meet up group. Maybe we can come up with a mid-way meet up point where we could meet every once in a while. I'm in healthcare so have been thinking about setting up a group for a while. I think it sucks that we all hide and suffer in silence.

We wouldn't need to suffer if we all have the same condition, so I completely agree with you :)
