My mom forces me to dress in really heavy winter clothes even though it’s not that cold yet, i feel sorry embarrassed at school

i think you should talk to a counselor to get this sorted out or tell your mom that you're not cold so you really don't want to wear heavy clothes.

I was diagnosed with a weak immune system, and the doctor recommended that I avoid being cold, so there’s no use in trying to convince my mom.

What does your dad think about that? Maybe you could talk to him to see if he'll have a chat with her.

I remember you posting a thread about this around this time last year. Was there any approaches you took last year that helped?

I guess the problem is that everyone sees what I’m wearing when I get to school.

Are the clothes they make you wear that different from the clothes you want to wear?

You can always go to a nearby coffee shop's bathroom or something to change.

I was going to suggest to Diden yesterday, that he get changed behind some secluded thick shrubs, a high fence or a garage (somewhere near the school).
But I was worried there would be a possibility that he might accidentally get noticed by someone. >.>
So yes, your suggestion Sacrament, of a nearby coffee shop etc that has a bathroom, is an infinitely better place to change clothes, before getting to the school.

Yeah, right now my usual clothes for walking to school is a really thick puffy coat that is almost ankle length with a furry hood that I have to wear up with a scarf wrapped over it and winter boots

If she absolutely will not allow you to go out with season-appropriate clothing, ask her to get you some long johns to wear underneath your clothing. They keep you warm and aren't bulky. These, plus a regular winter jacket should be more than enough protection for mildly cold weather. You can change out of them at school if you feel like it.
