Weird flushing/overheating feeling?

I have truncal hyperhidrosis and get a weird flushing feeling from my lower back to upper thighs when I sweat there. It feels like that area is overheating. It mainly feels like that around my tailbone area. I'm hoping that it is secondary hyperhidrosis and that I can cure it somehow (but I've had it since I was 12 so probably not). It feels very different from when I sweat on my hands and feet.

I have craniofacial HH and when I have a particularly bad 'episode' I suddenly get incredibly warm as well, and my armpits when I sweat from there.

Yes, i feel what I would describe as "waves of heat" through my body at seemingly random times (maybe connected to subconscious thoughts? or idk). It like blushing in your face but all over my body (and I dont turn red or anything, i just feel this internal "heat wave"). I have generalized hyperhidrosis and I literally sweat excessively from every pore in my f*cking body

The same here body. Some times its just the contact of the skin with my cloths that trigers this

Garlic and alchohol for me is making it more intense. Coffe also but not as much and of corse emotions

my legs get very hot lol.then i know the head will follow then wet heir just like its been washed.that looks strange if its full sun
