Motivational diary

If you decided to keep a motivational diary, what would you write?
I'm thinking of starting one, but I am not sure how to start (something that would help with SA and depression)

Im with WishingICould. write a list of things you know you are going to do or want to do, so at the end of the day you can tick them off and look at what you achieved.

It might seem really cheesy to do at first but maybe write how you feel. Also I would rate your anxiety and depression out of ten or whatever scale works for you. I did this in c.b.t and it actually gave me a pit of perspective and helped me recognize patterns to avoid and certain things which helped.

I have a journal I was able to decorate. Don't know if that's possible with yours. I drew an image of where I see myself in a couple of years. My desires, career path, personality traits. Maybe you can stick inspiring quotes in there, articles you come across that motivate you, and word collages?

Nice.
I can't think of the future, but I have some wishes. Seems impossible. This is one of the reasons I want to do this,to help myself more.
