I recently started a job where I am having bouts of my disorder which are stopping me from going to work some days. I finally talked to a few people on here and they suggested asking for reasonable accommodations from mh supervisor. I was thrilled to hear that SA is covered under the Amaricans with Disabilities Act. I'm curious....has anyone else asked for accommodations at work for their SA? If so, what kind of things have you asked for? I'm thinking about asking for understanding on days I have panic attacks and can't go in...but I Don't really know what else I CAN ask for. What's helped other people?
