Catch 22

To make friends, you gotta have friends
To make money, you gotta have money
To get over your fear, you have to expose yourself to it.
Isn't all of life a catch 22, and the end result is just luck/misfortune?

It's true. You have to put yourself out there in order to reap life's rewards but that's just too daunting for a lot of us. It's like you have to ask the universe for what you want, firmly believe in it happening, and then go out there and make it happen. That's a huge mountain for most people with SA, which I guess is a depressing realization. Equally depressing is the fact that I haven't posted in a while as I thought I was getting a little better, but I've realized it's more of a back-and-forth phase thing with me.
