Do you have any physical problems?

my flexibility is kind of a setback. sometimes i make the weirdest movements when i'm doing simple things like opening a door.

I kinda slouch....

Actually it used to be a lot worse it looked like I had a hunch back plus for whatever reason I didn't used to move my arms when I walked...Then my brother called it to my attention and I've since then stood up straighter and started swinging my arms a bit more.

Now my only problem is my huge hands -.-

Do you mean like actualy physical problems, or just things people think are wrong with them? Your flexibility is a setback? I really don't get that one. Flexibility is about all I got going for me, and I think it's a great thing to have. Hell, I do the computer with my foot bent over the desk nearing my face. Use it! It's a good thing. I don't think you should view that as a physical problem :).

I don't have anything horribly bad, but I have quite a few of these stupid little things. I am extremely extremely sensitive to light, and it's hard for me to be in a room that's not almost completely dark. I'm just really hypersensitive in general, to lights, sound, touch etc. My eyes are also always hurting and I see lines of light in everything, and they're not on track in the right way. I also get a headache almost every single day, and my muscles just hurt all the time because I am just so tense. I also have really dry skin, on my face, it just won't stop peeling, and it looks awful.

Yeaaah. My SA causes me to sweat a bunch under my arms, and then often I'll sweat so much that it becomes really apparent... which only propels my anxiety even further. It sucks

excatly, i have several small problems but none is a setback in my life as is my SA, i've seen many people with real diabilities being more active and productive then me, i really admire this people.

-I'm too fat - no matter how much people said that is not that much i don't belive - but i know i can change it.
-My hair is a mess, i hate it and it grows too fast.
-everythime i shave my face becomes all red and that hurts for the whole day!

but my only big problem is , that is hard to live with, my shoulder, lemme explain, when i was 12 i was taking a bath and saw a shaver, then i shaved my damn should, now i have hair on it, i cant use any tshirt that don't cover it, it'sooo weird

Now my only problem is my huge hands -.-

Thanks! I'm pretty positive I have photophobia. It's just too much to deal with. I can't even step outside without sunglasses. I even have one the things listed on there that can cause it.

I don't think I really have any physical problems. The only things I can think of are bad eyesight, lol (but I wear contacts) and I think a slight hunched back/bad posture. I used to be really self-conscious about this thought in HS, until I worked out alot a few years after HS. It seemed to improve- or maybe my confidance that I had back then helped me to stand taller and more proud.

I am short sighted and wear glasses.

Other than that i get physical symptoms because of anxiety; Sweating, hot face, lump in throat, tense body, blurry vision, chest pains, dizziness.
