Has anyone had their Zinc levels tested for a deficiency? I am wondering if taking a Zince supplement could help with HH. Any thoughts or feedback is appreciated.

I take a calcium, magnesium, and zinc supplement and it has helped to control my sweating so maybe zinc does play a role in sweating?
