Zero SA when you like someone?

At times when I have been in a stable relationship (so once in my life), I feel that decreases my social anxiety. It seems like the feeling that somebody is on my side is what does it. Maybe if I had real friends or family, even just one or two people, I wouldn't need that.

As far as being in a relationship I'm not sure about, or in the beginning stages of a potential relationship - my social anxiety is way worse in those situations.
