Why do I get so mad?

Sometimes I can just be sitting there and I just get so mad, I feel so hot and frusterated! Even the clothes on my back annoy me!... I just want to scream and hit things, and break things (( but i dont )).... why does this happen???

I don't know why it happens to you but for me, it's simply because I hate what i've become and can't stand life anymore. I often get the urge to just lose it and smash everything in my vicinity but every time i remind myself that it would not solve anything.
