who here has done GROUP CBT & was it helpfull?

Hi missjesss,

Yes, I have. It was in october till December last year. Group therapy is good because you can share your thoughts and experiences with people like you! You can even get some new friends from that therapy (tested :)).

The coolest things were crazy exercises for doing in the public: like walking backwards for 3 min in a crowded place, singing on a crowded street, asking directions, asking TOTALLY obvious stuff from strangers, sitting at a bar next to a man, asking "Are you celebrity xxx?" and so on.

Basically, yes, I'd recommend group CBT.

Well yes but I still need to do something that gets me more out there again & comfortable in some situations that I have avoided for so long, I want to do this class so it gives me the confidence to go back to study
