Yes, I have. It was in october till December last year. Group therapy is good because you can share your thoughts and experiences with people like you! You can even get some new friends from that therapy (tested

).
The coolest things were crazy exercises for doing in the public: like walking backwards for 3 min in a crowded place, singing on a crowded street, asking directions, asking TOTALLY obvious stuff from strangers, sitting at a bar next to a man, asking "Are you celebrity xxx?" and so on.
Basically, yes, I'd recommend group CBT.
