The signs and symptoms of anxiety are well documented, and sometimes universal. Needless to say of course, that not everyone feels things the same way.
Since I was a child I've felt anxiety in my stomach. Not just a "pit" or "butterflies", but a full on tornado trapped in my spleen. My parents tell me my first full sentence was "my tummy hurts".
Aside from the force of nature caged in my belly, my palms sweat, I get awful headaches (from all the teeth clenching, I'd suspect), and more often than not after a bad few days, I'll break out like a pubescent boy.
What about you, forum? Where does your anxiety manifest itself?
