What's the BEST Video/Advice you've seen on "not worrying" so much about the future?
Not looking for books here specifically, just wondering if anyone knew of any videos that talked about not worrying so much about the future, things to come, and learning to take things one step at a time.
I think we all often worry about things that haven't happened, and we're always trying to rush to get things done, worrying about where we'll be and what we'll do, procrastinating constantly, telling ourselves "oh my god I need to do this and that and this and that and I'll never get anywhere" etc etc
Are there any videos (like TED.com-type speeches, commencement speeches, etc) you've seen where people talk about their life experiences and/or talk about how to take things one at a time in life, and not worry about things that you shouldn't worry about, since it doesn't help you in the present? Sort of like this video? Everybody's Free (To Wear Sunscreen) Lyrics - YouTube
