What's causing this?

The past week or so I've been really tired, lazy, and just feeling out of it. Such as little things like brushing my teeth, to making myself eat, and going out to help my anxiety.


Is this depression lurking back to me or something else? How can I break out of this cycle and prevent it happening again?

Sounds like it may be depression, but it could just be a temporary thing. I think if you've been like this for more than a few weeks, you should look into getting some kind of treatment for it- counseling, medication, or whatever works best for you.
