Nac - 1800 mg sustained release
TMG - 1000mg after meal
Both has strong effect on SAD and depression, its comparable to 5 mg valium with 30 mg ephedrine for me.

These have cumulative effect, its greatly helps with my acne:
Chelated selenium(200),zinc(50), manganese(10)

Nac totally kill my anxiety for 3-4 hours, im talkative, happy and i have strong desire being with people. There isnt withdrawal or anything like this.

Coq10, sylimarin and other natural antioxidants have some positive effect, but its very subtle compared to Nac.

Nac is far away the best anxiolytics, antidepressant, antianhedonic:) supplement that I have tried.
