What to do?

I really need some advice.
It seems like no matter what happens in life im still depressed.
Got a full time job now, my own place, car etc etc but i still feel like ****.
Ive tried to contact a therapist twice now. First time was a few months ago where they said "Sorry we dont have time for you, your problems arent serious enough".
So... yeah. Then last week i finally regained the courage to try again, this time at the local hospital where they said they would call me back but never did.

Ive also tried talking to my mother about my issues but the only answer ive gotten is "it gets better" or "get over it".
Im now back to self harm and daily thoughts of suicide.
Im so paranoid about others hating me its unreal, even people ive known for years.
It seems like no matter where i turn noone care or im told i talk ****. Now i dont really know where to turn.

Hello! Don't give up on people, you either need someone to love or you either need friends. So try making friends and getting a girlfriend, that's my advice.

You need to find a hobby, a common interest with others might help you for good.

I tell you I'm 23 and I don't have friends either but I had dates this year and I'll meet someone soon too. Just try not to be negative about your situation, be the opposite instead and they'll like you for it.

I know now I don't really have social phobia, I just don't have a need to interact with people since I never hang out anywhere with others, but I want to change. I'm attending a group therapy (psycho drama). Maybe you want to try out something similiar. I hope things will change for you!

Keep ur head,it doesn't matter what possessioms u have,if ure not happy on the inside...Ill be ur friend,cuz I. Could use some myself...yake care of ur self,think about what changes could be made to make ur life happier
