What happens at councelling

I'm having my first councelling meeting 2m as im 99% sure i have SAD.What do i need to tell him/what will he ask me/will he take me seriously? Really nervous any info appreciated...

yes he will take you seriously, it's his job to do so, tell him everything. i was told by a nurse once the best thing to do is to sit and write down everything that comes to mind about whats going on with you, how you feel, what you think is wrong, just in general whats going on, then just in case you get choked up or nervous you have it all written down, then at least the councillor has some information to work on, i usually burst into tears when talking about anything like this so i find it a lot easier just to write it all down.
