What do you do ?

Gradual exposure and not beating yourself up. Focusing on the task at hand. Not believing the judgmental thoughts in your head. Realizing that a lot of us are going thru the same thing and that together we can get thru it.

I have no idea, I usually avoid looking at people, that way if I do cry, they won't see it :cry:

Get more comfortable with yourself. Accept the issue, work around it. Quit judging people and you'll quit feeling like they judge you.

I can really relate to this! There are some people that make me feel more uncomfortable than others, almost to the point of me puking up. I guess i feel a bit more at ease if the person seems to be similar to me.
