Gradual exposure and not beating yourself up. Focusing on the task at hand. Not believing the judgmental thoughts in your head. Realizing that a lot of us are going thru the same thing and that together we can get thru it.
I can really relate to this! There are some people that make me feel more uncomfortable than others, almost to the point of me puking up. I guess i feel a bit more at ease if the person seems to be similar to me.
