I created a website about sweating a few years ago and I recently decided to update and add more information to it. The website is stopsweatyhands.weebly.com
I really like the website sweathelp.org, but I thought it would be useful to have a website made by someone who has excessive sweating. If anyone has anything to add that I didn't have, let me know! It is still a work in progress and I am going to add another page with new articles about sweating.
I have tried all of the treatments on the website except for ETS and miradry, so if anyone has any information they would like to add about either of those, post below!
