Underarm wetness

Hi,

my problem is similar. I suffer from severe underarm wetness which I HATE since it is ugly and embarrassing. In summer this problem is VERY severe.

I have now read of so-called "pads" or "shields" which you tape into your clothing and which hide the wetness. The problem is the article did not say, where to buy those pads.

Does anyone know where I could buy these pads/shields or whatever they're called?

If yes, PLEASE reply...thank you!!!

Hello,
I have absolutely no idea but I assume that you have tried antiperspirants? Personally I do not use them and I do not think that it is healthy to clog up your pores but they are so popular that one can't help but think that they must be alright.

hi! yes, of course, I have tried antiperspirants. They do not help at all. I
came to the conclusion I cannot make myself stop sweating, (yes, and this is not healthy either)
but I want to cover the sweat on the clothes! if anyone has any advice, please write, thanx, sarah

hi, thanks to you both! both firms sound great.
Advantage wear do not deliver to Europe, unfortunately, but there seems to be another firm called "Kleinerts" that do.

thanks again!

Where to find shields(or cloths) for excessive sweating

Go to www.jeez-ca.com where JEEZ uses a unique design to permanently attach dress shields for superior wetness protection and comfort.

We have purchased the shields from other places like you are discussing and they don't work as well for my husband as the Jeez products with the shield made into the shirt. We also tried another brand with the shield attached to the shirt and they were sewn in like the shoulder pads for a womans shirt and moved around and gave little protection because of the movement and the placement and size of the shields. Don't try these...they are useless.

Jeez also has clothes at http://www.companycasuals.com/jeezcalifornia/start.jsp but they can be a bit expensive...but it doesn't hurt to look to see if you can find any deals.

Hope this helps.

some relief of underarm sweat.

Hi, i suffer from hyperhidrosis and iv tryed everything, believe me. those sheilds may work well but they can get pricey and they may not be available to everyone. there is another, easier, cheaper thing out there to buy to stop MOST of the sweat from underarms to go onto clothing. Pads used for a females "special time of the month". i heard about it somewhre and though "well tht sounds reeli stupid" but one day i got fed up and went out and bought some. i stuck one to the underarms of a tight shirt, then put my unifrrom shcool shirt over top. i went to school wearing a white uniform shirt for the first time in months and the sweat didnt show!! i was so happy. if you want some kind of cheap and easy protection from underarm sweat, just go to your local drug store and pick up a pack of maxi pads with wings (i find the wings help them stick bettr to the fabric) and try to out for yourself.

Re: some relief of underarm sweat.

theres something called "garment guard". I didnt find it good at all cuz since it absorbs the sweat, the pad itself shows thru the shirt so it actually makes it worst
