Underarm sweating, Liposuction vs. Laser ablation: Advice Please

Hello,

I suffer from excessive underarm sweating and consider two treatment options, namely:
* liposuction: where, as I understand, the doctor "sucks out" the sweat glands.
* laser ablation: where the doctor "burns" the sweat glands with a optic fiber.

Can anyone advice on the pros/cons of each procedure? potential complications? are they equally effective?. Is one treatment enough or do people often needed to repeat these procedures?.

Looks like compensatory sweating can result. Not surprising given that our sweaty bodies look for an alternative way to cool down. Everything has its risk and sometimes we pay the price elsewhere in the body.

Yes, that's the question.
IMH, ETS is way too dangerous, botox is a waste of money, so there's not much else left, AFAIK.

The thing is I don't sweat almost anywhere besides the armpits, it's mainly when I go outside. Are there any other treatments? perhaps it's stress related?. Any suggestions on treating stress-related sweating?.
