Hi. I am frequently trying out new ways to stay calm and have clear thoughts. I find that taking ginko and omega3, plus vitamin B's , E, C & D has helped me out a lot. Recently, i ordered online : Clarocet ''ert'' and ''st. john's Positive Thoughts'' capsules. They seem to be working, i feel calm (not sedate), always in very good spirits and i catch myself humming or singing often. Another one i bought was ''Sunshine in a bottle''. ALL 3 products have a combo of herbs and vitamins that are common in any natural food stores, its just more convenient to pop one capsule 3 times a day then to buy everything . Anyways, i am relating what works for me, and i know that we all react differently to various products, so if you wish to try what i mentioned....google and you be your own human guinea pig. One word of caution....go easy on the amount of blood thinning supplements you take (vitamin E, omega 3's, ginko), as i had 2 nosebleeds in one week and always be smart and research as much as possible before buying and taking anything you put down your throat.... be safe &live happy/healthy.
