Went up too Liverpool today by train from Milton keynes where I live I arranged to meet a friend from work at the station in Liverpool (Lime street) & everything went according to plan with the trains as I had to change various times there & back & what we both went there for which was to visit The Beatles story but although I was looking forward to going I still became abit anxious as it built up to it & also I was socially anxious when I was there alot of the time you know facing so many unknown people as the weather was beautiful today but with the SA or GAD I suffer with it felt as usual abit uncomfortable at times & with the tension I was obviously suffering with it brought on abit of a headache aswell. I do take meds for it but its still a problem with me.:sad:
