Social anxiety disorder fills my head with thinking, so it's hard to stay in the moment (listening/observing).

Ask a lot of questions that makes other people talk about themselves, everyone knows non-social phobic people love to talk about themselves.

Nackle, but I don't like listening about them, about they're success. I always start thinking about my failure... Then I start feeling bad
