I used to get depressed a lot because of SA , but now, every time I feel that way, I just remind myself that sooner or later the feeling will pass - which is probably the case for most people (I hope), apart from the minority who have to battle with severe depression on a long-term basis.
Remember the last time you felt depressed or unhappy. How long did that feeling last? A day, a week, a month? Eventually something will happen that will make us feel a little bit better.
We just need to be strong by remembering that life is like a roller coaster. It has its highs and low and you can never predict what's going to happen next or where you will end up in the future.
That reality usually gets me through things.
Even if today's hell, tomorrow may be better.
(If anyone out there gets really depressed and isolated, feel free to PM me) xxxxx
