Throat clicking or clearing

Does anyone else have this? I click and clear my throat alot.
I make humming noises too.

i click in the back of my throat sometimes, i have not really noticed if i do it when i am anxious or not though

I do this a lot before I speak because if I don't clear my throat, my voice will sound very raspy and deep.

It's constant especially if I'm alone at the computer or on the phone.
