Thoughts are clear in my head but I don't know the right words

I was wondering if anyone with SA ever experienced this, or if it's more characteristic of a different "disorder." lol

Thoughts are clear as day in your head but somehow get fuzzy on their way to your mouth. You can't find the right words to explain it to other people. Like an error while you send a message. It's frustrating! lol

Maybe this isn't caused by SA. I have had instances of this happen after little sleep.

Yes, I'm a very visual person and words often cause me trouble

Yes, and it's getting worse. A policeman pulled me over a few months ago, and I had the hardest time explaining that I had misplaced my license, and that the license I was showing her was expired, but it was okay, because the number's valid so she could still use it to run my record, or whatever. Luckily she got the gist of my meaning and seemed to pick up on my anxiety, and was very cool, but had I gotten a **** of a policeman, he could've had a field day putting me through the paces and giving me a hard time.
