Many SA'ers can't be assertive and this "workbook" helps. I didn't realize it wasn't rude to be assertive in telling people what you want or think. In the past, when I'd be honest with certain people, they'd get mad at me like I was being rude when I wasn't. Then I'd feel guilty like I did something wrong. That has made my self esteem lower and even harder to talk to people. Especially the aggressive "bully" types who won't take "no" for an answer.
