I tend to think much much more than I talk, sometimes I think so much that conversations around me are just noises. The thoughts just get to me and I cant stop thinking. If theyre negative thoughts I dismiss them out of my mind, but there's always something that will make me lose awareness of my surroundings and immerse me in thoughts. Often I dont notice people around me because I'm too busy thinking.
This is one of my habits ever since I got the SA at age 14, instead of talking to people I was always lost in toughts, and my social skills are now greatly damaged as a result of this. Thinking too much made me lost interest in other people and I'm try to get back to talking instead of thinking.
Can anyone recommend any useful ways of breaking this habit?
