Things that Help dealing with SP

Ok Im gonna write a list of things that help me.
Some you dont have to leave your own property 4

At night go into your back yard and just look at the stars (providing theres no clouds) its really good for the soul
Have trouble leaving your house like me coz u have nothing to do or its just easier to stay at home ?
Force yourself to get out and go into the forest or bush or like me go to the beach and watch the sun set or just look out on the water
Excerise! And do it till you think you will explode. It releases endorphins and makes you feel so much better.
Meditation and do it for at least 30 mins!

There the things that help me anyone have there own ??
