They tell you things
you probably already knew or just didn't practise.
Is it really that good to spend that much money
on things even a retard knows ?
It basically comes down to: breath well try to relax, and when you are
anxiety situation tell yourself there its fun have a good time nothing to be scared of, your thoughts are not true.....
And then say it has 60-70% cure rate (how subjective)....
I quit with it I can do it myself, spend hundreds of dollars on this crap.
How can this even be teached on pyschology school ?

Does somebody know only medication SSRI is also good for anxiety disorders ?
You can choose between the two right ?

It really depends on the therapist, honestly. But in general, yes, you can do the things they try to teach you on your own.

Psychiatric medicine affects everyone differently, there's no way to tell you what drugs would work for you. I'm against drugs in general.
