Hi, everyone.
I´d very much like your comments someone has gone to a Social anxiety or self -steem group therapy and , the most important , has it worked for you?

I´m very hopeful ´cos there´s a possibility I try one.

All coments are wellcome!

Greetings! :D

I find this forum itself is a kind of "group therapy". The anonymity of it helps, and the fact that I can join in when I feel able to, at a time that's right for me.

The problem with "real life" therapy is that you have to do it to a set date and time...and what happens if you don't feel able to communicate or listen at that particular moment?

I've never had group therapy in the conventional sense. That wouldn't appeal to me - but, whatever makes you feel comfortable. If you think it will work, then go for it!

Been thinking alot lately of signing on to something like that if i can find one in my area.....other than that...a one on one therapist that specializes in SA is my other plan if no group thing is available.
