I used to get bothered by the flattering of the fan and the sound of passing vehicles..my therapist told me that i will hear sounds and noises around me but as long as i don't listen to them, i will be alright..However, her words make me fell bad about myself and all these noises disrupt my daily routine.I can't concentrate whenever I am studying and the SOUNDS annoy me..Now, i am completely ok after I went to another therapist.With the support of my parents, I managed to overcome this OCD..I know how it feels to be obsessively disturbed by some petty stuffs..I would like to share my experiences with others who is plagued with the problem...Honestly, I feel so happy when I found this forum..
