I don't know how you have in your countries, but in Poland a new school year has begun today. I took pretty high dose of alprazolam (1,125 mg) to remove my anxiety related to the celebration of the s. y. beginning. It helped me actually pretty well. If taken occasionally, such tranquilizers (or rather anxiolytics) are really good help for socially anxious people.
I'm feeling really depressed recently, so it hasn't made me too happy - but made me able to face the stress.
As I've predicted - I'm not more relaxed after the holidays than I was before. :roll:

Aha -remember to take benzodiazepines only occasionally, unless you really need them, because they can cause addiction.
Only such a relation, maybe it'll be somewhat helpful to somebody.
