im that depressed i dont want to see daylight anymore and i think im going to develop a phobia of daylight i just cant bare daylight anymore

Sunlight will help ward off depression. It is quite widely known that people tend to get more depressed in the winter months for this very reason. I urge you not to give into the demons which tell you to stay indoors and in the dark. You don't need much sunlight, but sunlight must be had to stay somewhat sane, and to get you dose of Vitamin D at the same time.
