Oh, and I see you're using iontophoresis. How's that going for you? Mine (Idrostar) is just weird. At times it will stop my palmar sweating 100% (and the axillary sweating decrease by about 80%! and foot sweating by about 50% showing the psychological link between the three). My facial sweating is increase and so is my trunkal sweating (groin/chest area and back sweat like hell, and so do my legs), but I feel it's better than the palmar sweating. I'll try to do ionto in a few, I still don't get how this thing properly works. Maybe I should make the maintenance treatments closer than I am, like every 4 days instead of every week. And I wonder if my hands are maintained, if I do ionto everyday after, would that keep me dry for say a month? Hmmm, I wish someone documented proper usage and results of their ionto treatment.

I am doing that Kellogs K special challenge! Although thats for women and i am a guy i find it easier to just pour milk and eat up rather than cutting vegetables and fruits to make salad! Its been 4 days and i have lost 1kg, i dont care if i lose weight fast but i just need something to stick to.

I hope to lose 1 more kilo by next sunday.

hey rexus i do ionto treatments for 20 minutes (10 mins each side) on my feet everyday after dinner in warm water mixed with a little bit of baking soda. It's not a sure sweat killer cuz i still do sweat sometimes throughout the day, but my feet/hands has gone down A LOT. the only downside i noticed is that, when my feet/hands sweat less, my armpits sweat more. There's definitely a "pipeline" system with our sweating glands since when my feet stop, my hands stop too, but my armpits sweat more :/. The human body is such a pain lol

caffeine makes me sweat, the more coffee I drink the worse it is. I've recently tried Dricor from the chemist and that works really well, but it stings!

everything was great until i was prescribed paxil yesterday. I can't do any ****ing thing! I'm fatigued and yawning and sleepy all the time wtf. I'm getting off it. No more paxil for me don't care it killed my drive to workout and to do anything I've been home all day since yesterday.
