this is suppossed to be funny, so take it with a grain of salt and feel free to add more. i wrote it because i thought it'd be nice to focus on the "postives" of ocd.

1. The house will be spotless
2. Your desk and sock drawer will be organized
3. He/she'll never cheat on you (too much guilt)
4. If he/she cheats on you, they will tell you
5. You will know everything about this person, no secrets (reassurance)
6. They'll probably be open to trying drugs
7. Better chance of more sex (hypersexual)
8. They will always wash their hands after using the restroom

I totally agree with that, in fact i have told my fiance the exact same thing! i think it is at times a good thing to take the light hearted aspects of our little condition and bring them to light.

OCD and sexual behaviour

Maybe I mix in a different world to the one that the person who started this post does.

The addicts ( men and women with OCD with sex ) that I have met :

* Lie

* Keep secrets,

* Minimise their behavior,

and

* Do not want to stop.

Seriously....I see many of them in meetings every week for the last five years.

some of us have learned to stop, and be honest.

But the majority don't.
