For those of you with Hyperhidrosis, How much does the temperature affect the amount/areas of sweating?
I sweat enough for it to affect my life in low temperatures 5C - 12C!
I am in England, so the climate we have does not get constant high temperatures, however we do still have a summer and I have looked at the weather forcast and it's sunshine at temps of up to 26-28C.
I just cannot cope with this heat and it literally sets my sweating of like I have just stepped out the shower and put clothes on without drying.
I really don't know what to do? Why do I seem to have quite a severe case of HH!
My mood is very low at the moment and thats partly just to do with the weather, whilst people without HH will be loving the warm weather and enjoying themselves(Holding hands with a girlfriend, something 98% of people take for granted), I on other hand start questioning why bother? I'll be sat inside next to a fan all day, as I also have agoraphobia/social phobia so even leaving the house is a ordeal.
